First session (an hour length) is dedicated to explaining the process, supplying the paperwork and going over any questions. Each individual has a unique situation and therefore a custom approach is required. Once the paperwork is completed, upon a review second session (an hour length) would be conducted to go over any particular issues and to further clarify how the nutritional plan will be created to support an individual. Providing accurate information is imperative to establishing comprehensive nutritional analysis and to aid results going forward.
Nutritional Comprehensive Evaluation and Meal Plan Recommendation is provided to a client. Third session (an hour length) is reserved for a follow up after initial, agreed upon period of time, has passed implementing the plan.
