During these sessions you are meant to share your challenges and receive practical solutions towards establishing healthier eating habits and lifestyle.
Preparation for the sessions requires a recorded log of one weeks of what you or your child consumes each day (food and beverage), recording the specific times of meal/snacks intake is required as well.
These sessions are not designed to provide diagnosis or healing treatments.
