6 Week Coaching Package – Immersion of Life and Emotional Coaching

These Six Sessions are spread over the course of 6 weeks and based on discovery and curious exploration what beliefs and emotions are currently presenting a challenge for an individual to attain their goals?

When we can be aware and at the same time accountable for ourselves in what we choose with compassion for what is, empowering oneself is ultimately strengthened.
Each session (an hour in length) is conducted online. A contract will be provided prior to proceeding with the sessions.
