Day 10: Pumpkin Sunset Smoothie to Brighten your Morning
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Pumpkin Purée
2 small Apples
2 small Pears
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Ginger
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 cup boiled water

Pumpkin Sunset Smoothie PREPARATION:
Dice Apples and Pears, discarding seeds and the stem, add to the blender with boiled water and pulse until smooth; include the rest of the ingredients and blend until silky smooth.
Ready to pour and serve in your favourite glass.
