Day 9: Snowflake Pudding filled with Coconut goodness


1/2 cup Cashews 
1/4 cup Shredded Coconut 
1 tsp Coconut Nectar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup of Coconut Water
1 cup frozen Bananas

Snowflake Pudding PREPARATION:

  1. First blend Cashews with Coconut Water, then add the rest of ingredients and blend until desired texture is achieved.
  2. Ready to serve or chill in the fridge for later.

Creative touch:

Sprinkle with additional shredded Coconut, top with Mint Leaves and/or Coconut Cream.
