Day 9: Snowflake Pudding filled with Coconut goodness
1/2 cup Cashews
1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
1 tsp Coconut Nectar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup of Coconut Water
1 cup frozen Bananas
Snowflake Pudding PREPARATION:
- First blend Cashews with Coconut Water, then add the rest of ingredients and blend until desired texture is achieved.
- Ready to serve or chill in the fridge for later.
Sprinkle with additional shredded Coconut, top with Mint Leaves and/or Coconut Cream.
