Day 8: Bundle of Colour Buddha Bowl with Homemade Hummus
INGREDIENTS:
1 diced Red Pepper
1 cup shredded Purple Cabbage
1/2 cup grated Turnip
1 cup shredded Carrot
1 cup diced Celery Sticks
2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

Bundle Of Colour Buddha Bowl PREPARATION:
Combine all the colours of vegetables in a bowl arranging it in a flower pattern. Scoop 2 tbsp of Home- made Hummus in the middle of the Buddha Bowl and enjoy.
Home-made Hummus PREPARATION:
1/3 cup precooked Chickpeas
1/4 cup Tahini
1 clove Garlic
1/2 tsp Kelp Salt
1 tsp Smoked Red Paprika
1/2 Lemon Juice
1 oz Water
Pulse all the ingredients in a blender until grainy texture is achieved.
Home-made Hummus is ready to serve. Any left overs can be stored in the fridge for another 5 days in an air tight container.
