Day 7: Chaga Tea and Dried Figs with Almond Butter to satisfy a sweet tooth.
1 tbsp Chaga Tea
3 – 4 dried Figs
2 tbsp Almond Butter
Chaga Tea And Dried Figs With Almond Butter PREPARATION:
- Pour 16 oz of boiled water over 1 tbsp of Chaga Tea; let set for 10 minutes.
- In the mean time, with a knife cut the fig into half, length wise, and scoop approximately 1 tsp of Almond Butter into the middle of the cut open fig, and close as a shell.
