Day 6: Green Salad accompanied with an avocado dip.
1/2 English Cucumber
3 cups Romain Salad
1 cup Spinach
1/4 cup Parsley
1/2 cup Kale
1/4 cup Sprouts such as Red Clover
1 cup diced Celery
1/4 cup Avocado Dip
Crazy Green Salad Preparation:
- Using cutting board and knife shred all the leafy greens, place them in a salad bowl.
- Use a hand-held spiralizer for Cucumber to yield cucumber noodles; add to the salad bowl together with pre-diced Celery sticks.
- Top up with Sprouts and Avocado Dip or drizzle with some Olive Oil and season to your liking with spices such as Black Pepper.
