INGREDIENTS:
1-1⁄2 cup Raw Almonds
1⁄4 cup Arrowroot Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1⁄2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp ground Ginger
1⁄2 tsp Cinnamon
1⁄4 cup Maple Syrup or Yakon Syrup

- Mill the Almonds into flour using the grain processor.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, in the order that they are listed, until the batter is formed.
