10 Days of Recipes: Awaken Avocado Dip

Day 3: It is quality that counts.


1 medium Avocado
1 Lemon
1⁄4 cup Cilantro
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Kelp Salt

Awaken Avocado Dip PREPARATION:

  1. Peel the Avocado and discard the pit.
  2. Freshly squeeze the Lemon to yield Lemon Juice. Integrate the Lemon Rind as well,
    if you prefer.
  3. Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth. Use immediately or refrigerate for later use.

The Awaken Avocado Dip is great to serve with a variety of freshly cut raw vegetables, such as Radishes, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery, Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes, Peppers, Green Collard, Asparagus, or any other of your choice.
